Two Case Studies
A start-up FinTech company with approximately 40 platforms in its open banking platform pipeline, needed to connect with banks via online account access login credentials. Their challenge was where to turn, to have multiple consumer and small business financial checking accounts opened and available with which to integrate their API?
Service Performance Group recruited from its database candidates who opened consumer and business checking accounts at multiple US banks. Upon account opening completion, the online account access credentials were presented back to our client for their long-term API testing use.
An industry leading FinTech company conducting user-integration flow testing was unable to test their integration within 250+ companies and the associated payroll companies due to their lack of online access to specific named companies. Their integration thrust was a new solution to enable financial apps and services to access user-permissioned income and employment information from payroll providers, to build products and services for consumers.
