To stay ahead of your competition, competitor evaluations will provide you insight into their service delivery practices, floor staffing, specific product price points, promotions, physical plant readiness, you name the criteria.

Our competitive evaluations deliver objective information on your competitors – information that is otherwise unavailable to you. It is most common to use your existing mystery shop format within the store of your competitor to gain as close to an apples-to-apples comparison as possible.

On a monthly basis (or based on how often you choose), you will receive no-cost detailed drill-down Summary Reports providing accurate data allowing senior management to see the larger chain wide picture through to each individual location allowing for decisions to be made and action taken with confidence.

Our experience has shown it is not necessary to conduct many competitor mystery shops to gather valuable data. For every ten mystery shops conducted of your brand, one to two mystery shops of your competition will provide the data for a meaningful comparison.
