College Mystery Shopping
Each Fall and again each Spring new and returning students arrive on Campus across the country with students and parents having many unanswered questions regarding Campus life, and policies. Is your entire staff across all departments up to the challenge to correctly answer each question? Are they doing so in a positive manner while recognizing how much is being invested into your institution by the students and/or parents?
Using your own student body to conduct detailed on-campus in-person mystery shops and telephone calls, Service Performance Group will tailor a program to mystery shop, evaluate and trend identify opportunity and strengths for each campus department. The result? Knowing your student body is being well served who in turn will speak in a positive manner to family and friends about your institution.
On a monthly basis (or based on how often you choose), you will receive no-cost detailed drill-down Summary Reports providing accurate data allowing senior management to see the larger chain wide picture through to each individual location allowing for decisions to be made and action taken with confidence.
